Monroe County Hospital

The Hospital Authority of Monroe County and Navicent Health agreed
to a management relationship in May 2016, and Navicent Health assumed
management of Monroe County Hospital later in the year. Navicent Health
and Monroe County Hospital are excited about the prospects for their new
relationship and the value that it will bring to the community of Forsyth,
Monroe County and the surrounding area.

Navicent Health Physician Group

Navicent Health Physician Group (NHPG) announced the addition of three
new physician practices in Putnam County. The addition of these new practices
will provide Putnam County and the surrounding areas with cardiology,
gynecology and general surgery services. Navicent Health and Putnam General
Hospital announced their intent to enter a strategic partnership in July 2014
with the goal of creating a medical neighborhood for Putnam County and the
surrounding region, allowing both partners to recruit physicians and expand
healthcare services in the area to cover the continuum of care.

Peyton Anderson Cancer Center, Navicent Health

Peyton Anderson Cancer Center, Navicent Health joined the Winship
Cancer Network, a service of Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University
(Winship). The Winship Cancer Network brings together an elite group of
health systems and hospitals with Winship, the first and only National Cancer
Institute-designated cancer center in the state. Through the partnership,
Navicent Health patients have expanded access to more than 250 existing
therapeutic clinical trials and research projects from top Winship investigators.
In many cases, eligible patients may be able to receive therapy through their
local doctors, close to home. Patients will also benefit from the expertise of
consulting physicians in collaboration with local specialists.
